Spring 2016 Contributions

This semester, I helped start the 1L/s Prefabrication team. In Fall 2015, I worked with Kimberly Buhl and Skyler Erickson on the CEE 4540 007 team to design a 1L/s sedimentation tank. This semester we refined a single pipe design and built a 1/9 scale model of an updated low flow sedimentation tank. We showed that plastic welding is a viable option for plastic tank fabrication and successfully cleaned water in the lab to meet WHO standards.
