I help set up the experiments, troubleshoot the sensors, and run the experiments by checking up on them periodically. I found the distilled water tap, which is in the hydraulics lab in the basement of Hollister. I think I'm the only one in my group that has access to it because I take the Fluid Mechanics course. I edited the midterm wiki.
Since the midterm wiki, I have helped run our weekly experiments. This includes cleaning the experimental setup, measuring lime, calibrating the pH probe, loading lime into the column, using Process Controller, checking up on the experiment periodically and analyzing the data collected. I have also discussed our experiments with Professor Monroe and relayed his thoughts and my own to the rest of the team.
