"Semester" Contributions

This semester, I plan to fix bugs in the Floc App code and change the output so that it returns actual measurements, rather than pixel sizes of the flocs. In addition, I would like to get the majority of all subteams to test the floc application so that we can figure out how to make it even more useful from their feedback.
