Updating the Website

Each Semester:

-         Revise the text for accuracy and updates (especially the design and research components)

-         Check the links to make sure they still direct you to the right places

-         Update and change the photos in the PR album (Picasa) that shows on the home page

-         Change photos on individual pages as necessary

-         Update the Message from the Director  (ask Monroe)

-         Check Google Analytic statistics to determine the use of the website

Throughout the Semester:

-         Add news updates when appropriate

-         Use side bar to advertise accomplishments and events

-         Change the student spotlight monthly (try to pick people from different parts within the team)

-         Check the "Contact Us" spreadsheet located in the Outreach folder of the GoogleDocs periodically and respond to new entries (This needs to be done at least bi-weekly!)
