Summer 2009 Meeting Minutes / Weekly Progress Reports

Each team is expected to post meeting minutes or a weekly progress report. This posting should follow the guidelines given below, which is easy to do by using the "AguaClara Meeting Minutes" template available on the wiki. Once meeting minutes are posted in the correct location on your team's wiki page, you must go to the completed assignments page and paste the web address to your completed minutes. Detailed Task List and Research Plan

Each team is expected to submit a Detailed Task List and a Research Plan by the second week. The Research Plan should be updated on a regular basis along with weekly meeting minutes.

Teach-Ins

Each team will be responsible for a Teach In that will happen early in the summer.

Midterm and Final Wiki Reports

Each team will be responsible for both a Midterm Wiki Update and a Final Wiki Update. You term is expected to do a first draft as well as make a final publishable copy to the wiki based upon Monroe's comments.

Final Presentation

Your team is also responsible for a Final Presentation.
