I'm on the Low Flow Chemical Dose Controller (LFCDC) team as an intern for Summer 2013. We will be doing lab test on a CDC that will be more efficient for areas with low water flow (currently aimed at use in India). By the end of the summer, we plan on testing are LFCDC using PACl as the coagulant to see if there are any clogging issues, as well as build off of the Spring 2013 team by designing a new, smaller adjustable head tank and researching other chlorine resistant tubing.
