Parts and assembly instructions for the BlackFly Camera power supply.
Parts to order:
12V AC/DC adapter
Instructions:
Clip connector off AC adapter. The adapter is composed of two wires: positive (black with white stripes) and negative (black).
Cut wires to offset soldering locations prevent the two wires from touching. (The green wire on the Hirose wire should be connected to the positive adapter wire (black with white stripe) and the brown Hirose wire should be connected to the negative adapter wire (solid black).)
Slip heat shrink tubing over one cable before soldering.
Solder green to white stripe.
Solder brown to black.
Move heat shrink tubing over soldered wires.
Use heat gun to shrink tubing.
Plug camera in to ensure it works.
