AguaClara has multiple accounts, some are used for specific project team(s) and some can be used for general lab supplies. At the beginning of the semester, ask Monroe which account numbers should be used and what team(s) they should be used for. Keep track of these accounts as well as items purchased using a Google Doc (e.g. Accounting). This spreadsheet will also help you when delivering items to teams as it's easy to lose track of who ordered which item!
