Accomplishments

  • Added another vertical column for flocculator to system and process control.
  • Added a air tube open to the atmosphere after flocculator. The air tube help extract the air bubbles.
  • Remove the buffer before the flocculator to simplify the system.
  • Raised the temperature controlled water tank onto two 7in cement blocks.
  • Formed floc in the flocculator

Metrics

  • Discussed height-dependence of water tank.

Outcomes

  • Effluent turbidity meter functions properly.

Issues

  • Floc production is not fully developed; there are still small floc.
