Prioritize who gets to go on the Honduras trip in January 2009
- Create google doc survey for Honduras trip that duplicates the information in last year's survey
- Send the survey to everyone in CEE 2550/4540/4550
- Rank students based on participation in AguaClara to date and future opportunity to participate in an AguaClara trip.
- Send the list of students who made the cut by the October 1.
Honduras trip logistics
- arrange for bus transport to airport
- arrange for van rental in Honduras
Outreach
- Coordinate replacement of the poster by the admissions office
- Coordinate creation of a brochure that can be used for fundraising/recruiting
- Pursue corporate sponsorship of water treatment plant construction or of the CEE AguaClara M. Eng. program
- Access whether there is a demand for AguaClara Tee shirts and if interest is high enough, organize the design and printing of the shirts
- Send an email with a brief update on the project to team alumni in November and again in April.
