I've worked on the Fabrication team to design easy ways to fabricate plant parts on-site in Honduras. We have been designing a jig to drill accurate, clean holes in baffles and plate settlers. Soon we will start construction on a prototype. We are working on a trashracks to capture large debris in the entrance tank, an adjustable weir for better control over entrance tank water level, and better methods for cutting plate settler spacers. We are also looking into alternative power sources for the cordless drill being used, such as a 12V car battery.
