- we think Inventory: All Permissions is the chief permission needed for both the original and copy catalogers; Laura Daniels agrees that this is probably OK and not too broad
- staff will have access to Fast Add, which they probably don't need
- Laura Daniels suggests: I'd add also Settings (Inventory): Display list of settings pages, Settings (My profile): Can change your local password, Tags on records: View only; Orders: View order lines; Orders: View orders; Receiving: View
