Discussed current process for RMC.  Ken has a workflow that uploads images from a spreadsheet.  Large exhibits can include as many as 200+ items that would be onerous to upload one at a time through the UI.  Note that Spotlight does have the ability to upload from a spreadsheet as well.  It was broken when Ken tested it previously, but works now.

Updated the roadmap to reflect requests discussed in this meeting that were not captured in the original roadmap requests.

Notable requests highlighted in the discussion were:

• need for multiple images for one item
• connection to other repositories
• ability to import filetypes other than images

Next Steps

• continue to expand roadmap
• perhaps some voting at a later date to prioritize once the Exhibit Management Group meets
• Ken will talk with Ann about creating some smaller exhibits as a test case
• provide feedback for what works well and what doesn't as exhibits are created
