Member Relations - sample topics include --> benefits of membership (such as providing additional statitistics to member institutions), strategies for promoting libraries/research laboratories role in arXiv sustainability to scientists, raising additional funds in order to lowering the current tier structure or supporting R&D projects, communication with members and scientists about arXiv, assessment of the current sustainability model, etc.
Collaboration with Publishers and Societies --> moving our initial meeting recommendations to action, please see the September 2011 planning meeting summary with a group of publisher and society representatives
Research and Development Agenda --> moving beyond the current operational model to a strategic plan for arXiv's further development and innovation, setting R&D priorities, assessing collaboration opportunities
