2/9/21 Added Fast add: Create based on correspondence between Bethany/Joy/Laura Daniels (to create brief records for BD, ILL, personal reserves, etc. )

2/15/21 Added Users: Can assign and unassign service points to users and removed Users: Can view service points assigned to users.  

3/8/21 Amy met with Andy, Wendy, Tobi, Tom - name changed to Access Services Staff.  For those who manage students, we'll give this permission on its own: "Users: Can assign and unassign permissions to users" and ask staff to ONLY give them predetermined sets.

8/13 AB Added Requests: All permissions as per Wendy/Andy;  student assistants could see that Users had requests, but the number of requests was text and not hyperlink into Requests app (even though they had Requests: View, create).  We submitted a bug report.

This is for higher-level students.  Access Services Student set plus all permissions for Check out, permissions for Fee/Fines, can renew User loans through override.

Access Services Student 3

9/16 AB Access Services Student 2 set plus Inventory: View, create, edit, mark missing items.  Math wants their students to be able to mark items missing.  This is done in Inventory as part of View/create/edit/mark missing.  There's a hidden permission for just marking something missing; but with only that, Mark as Missing doesn't show up under Actions.

AB 9/29/21 Caitlin at Music wants her students to be able to check out AV material.  "Check out: All permissions" wasn't sufficient for this, but perhaps "User: Can override item blocks" would have been enough on its own?

Item Notes Editor

9/20/21 AB - Several circ desk have requested item note editing permissions for their student employees.  I had originally created a permission set which included Notes editing permissions; but I've since understood that the students only work with item notes and note the notes associated with the Notes helper app.

RMC and LTS Circulation

7/1/21 AB - RMC, Kheel, and other staff need to be able to check out Annex boxes.  Some LTS staff are bringing books home to catalog, so they need these permissions as well.
