License terms: adding, editing, deleting, and filtering by terms

Open License app and select the license

In view pane navigate to the Terms accordion and open it

Edit License and navigate to “Terms” section

Enter text into “Value” field of term

Click “Save and Close”

Find an optional (not primary) term with a set value and click the trash icon on the card
