Add agreement line with description only
1 | Open Agreement app and select the agreement |
2 | Open “Agreement lines” accordion - see screenshots from "View an Agreement line" |
3 | Click “Add agreement line” - see screenshot 1 from "Add agreement line with eHoldings resource"

4 | Click in “Description” field and fill in text (description of the resource the agreement line represents) - required field. You can also add a Note and Active from/Active to dates. |
5 | Click “Save and close”
Agreement line saves successfully and is displayed in Agreement line view pane with correct description |
Remove an Agreement line
1 | Open Agreements app |
2 | Find agreement with agreement line and select in the results list Agreement displayed in Agreement view panel |
3 | Navigate to the Agreement line accordion and open it Agreement line visible in view |

Attach a Purchase Order Line (PO Line) to an Agreement line
1 | Open Agreements app |

3 | Edit agreement by clicking on blue Edit button Agreement edit screen displayed |
