Add or edit custom coverage to a package
Preconditions
- Minimum permission assigned: eHoldings: Can edit providers, packages, titles detail records
Steps
- Go to the eHoldings app
- Search for a package in the Search & filter pane with the Packages toggle selected.
- Set Selection status filter to Selected.
- Select package by clicking on it.
- Open Actions menu dropdown and select Edit.
- Add/edit coverage settings:
- Expand the Coverage setting accordion midway down the record.
- Adjust start and end date.
- Click blue "Save and close" button in the bottom right-hand corner.
- You can delete the coverage dates by clicking on the trash can icon next to the start and end dates.
Add or Edit custom coverage to a title; add a coverage statement
Preconditions
- Minimum permission assigned: eHoldings: Can edit providers, packages, titles detail records
Steps
- Go to the eHoldings app
- Search for a title in the Search and filter pane with the Titles toggle selected
- Choose a title record by clicking on it
Under the Packages accordion, choose a package that is selected:custom coverage dates for title records can only be added by choosing a title from within a package
- Go to the blue Actions menu dropdown and choose Edit
- Add custom coverage:
- Click "Add date range" button and the Custom coverage dates radio button will be checked
- Enter at least a start date
- Click the blue Save & close button
- To add a Coverage statement, select the Coverage statement radio button and enter text in the text box. Click Save & close
