Preconditions:
Create inventory setting for material being ordered includes "Instance"
PO has been created
Steps:
Add PO line to a Pending PO
See Title field
Lookup instance from POL and see Instance title populate in title field
Change publication date
Expected results:
Initially the Connected link does NOT appears over top of title field
Instance information populates POL form Item details when instance is selected
Connected link appears over top of title field
Not connected appears over top of title field when Publication date is changed
