Preconditions:
PO has been created with at least one POL
POL Create inventory setting for chosen format = Instance, holding, item
PO has been opened successfully
Steps:
Click receive in PO action menu
Select title in receiving UI (Note: You should arrive in receiving ui with order number populated in search box and related titles in search results)
Click receive button on title view in Expected piece accordion
Input barcode into barcode field in receiving wizard
Input call number into Call number field in receiving wizard
Select check box on left side of table for pieces you want to receive
Click receive
Click Title name (Hyperlink to instance in inventory)
identify the item you just received with the barcode you just entered.
Expected results:
Confirm that the correct item has a status of In process.
Confirm that the barcode and call numbers appear correctly in the item record
