1. Go to the Orders app, Change to the Orders tab in the top left, and create a new purchase order (PO) with at least one purchase order line (POL)

  2. Click on the newly-created PO or POL to open the detail view in the 3rd pane.
  3. Check for the tags icon at the top right of the PO/POL's detail view. It is to the right of the Actions button.

    At the top right of the PO/POL detail record, there should be a little tag icon. If tags are assigned to the PO/POL, there will be a number next to it. If no tags assigned, it will have a zero
  4. Add one or more tags to the PO and POL record. Be sure to add tags (preferably different ones) to both the PO and POL records. Note that capital letters and spaces will not display, e.g. "needs work" will become needswork, unless you use punctuation such as needs-work or needs.work

    If the tag already exists, you can see it and select it from the existing list when you start typing. If the tag does not already exist, it will be created and added to the existing list once you have assigned it.

  5. Check to be sure that the number icon next to the tags icon has increased by the number of tags that you added to the PO or POL, and that you can see the assigned tags
