Open the Orders app.

Select "Orders" at the top of the first column on the screen.

Select "Open" under the "Status" accordion in the "Search & filter" box in the first column on the screen.

Select an open Purchase Order from the list displayed in the second column on the screen.

Select the "Actions" drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner of the Purchase Order record displayed in the third column on the screen, and then select "Close Order."

When prompted, select a reason for closing from the drop down list in the "Reason" field.

Close the third column on the screen where the Purchase Order is displayed.

Select "Closed" under the "Status" accordion in the "Search & filter" box in the first column on the screen.

Verify that the Purchase Order you closed now appears in the list of closed orders.
