License, Terms - each license term has its own "Internal notes" and "public notes" fieldsE-Usage - shows up when not editing
License, Supplementary Documents - free text "Notes"Tags - show up when not editing; appear on agreements, licenses, and organizations.  eHoldings - can add tag after selecting edit for a specific title.
Organization, Interface - has both a free text "Notes" field and a "statistics notes" field
