| License - free text "Description" field | E-Holdings, Provider can attach pre-defined notes |
| License, Core Documents - free text "Notes" | Licenses - has a pre-defined note field, but it does not show up on the edit screen |
| License, Terms - each license term has its own "Internal notes" and "public notes" fields | E-Usage - shows up when not editing |
| License, Supplementary Documents - free text "Notes" | Tags - show up when not editing; appear on agreements, licenses, and organizations. eHoldings - can add tag after selecting edit for a specific title. |
