The "provider and task list" tab has a list of all of the unique providers that were represented in Intota. As you scroll across the columns, you will not several tasks, such as IP updates, verifying holdings, etc. Plus, at the beginning, there is a column we will use to assign various tasks to people.
The "Database_Details_Report_COO-202" has a list of all the unique databases that were represented in Intota. It contains much of the data we had stored in Intota at the database level, including lots of notes, whether or not we were getting MARC records, etc.
