• Interfaces can only be access through an organization (sad) (← Emma's opinion on the matter)
  • Search for and select an organization in the FOLIO Organizations app.

  • Click on the organization and select Edit from the Actions drop-down menu in the upper-right hand corner.

  • In the open-for-editing organization, scroll down and expand the Interface section.
  • Click Add interface.

  • You will be taken to the interfaces list.
  • This list contains all of the interfaces manually entered (thank you, Liz!) into FOLIO.
  • You can search the list by organization name, and limit by type of interface, such as Admin or Invoices.

  • If you select an interface by checking the box next to the organization's name and click Save, it will automatically attach to the organization you are editing (Fame Flower update - YAY!).
  • If you need to create a new interface, click the New button in the upper-right hand corner.

  • You can designate the type of interface, such as Admin, Reports, Invoices, etc.
  • Give the interface a name. We have been using the organization's name.
  • Enter the organization's URL and username and password, if applicable.
    • Note, if you use a system like LastPass, it may try and autocomplete the username and password fields from your vault.
  • Interface information from Intota can be found in these Box files:
  • If the site supplies statistics, check the Available box and enter the format etc., if known.
  • Click Save and the new interface will automatically be attached to the organization you were editing.

  • The interface will now appear within the organization.
  • To edit or delete the interface, you will need to edit the organization.
  • Clicking on the X next to the interface will remove the interface from this particular organization, but not from the list of organizations.
  • In order to fully delete the interface, click on it to open.

  • From the Actions menu in the upper-right hand corner, you can unassign the interface from this organization (same as clicking the X), or you can edit or delete the interface.
    • Deleting it will remove it from the interfaces list entirely.
