As of 1/2018 Workday now has time card functionality. Currently, even with bi-weekly pay, it is recommended that all employees submit their time cards weekly.

You won't need Java if you use the "Kronos Basic (HTML)" version. This version is serviceable for both staff submitting and managers approving time cards.
