Library access

Review this short page with Will so you can take the appropriate steps for himself and his grads:

Access to W2 tax forms: You must go directly to CU's Payroll office <https://www.dfa.cornell.edu/payroll>; no on-line access. Info at same above page, under the staff section:

http://www.it.cornell.edu/services/netid/leave.cfm#facstaff

VPN access (to run MNova, to see spectra): VPN access will continue with sponsored NetID. We know this to be true, but not on CIT's page. Software licensing itself is an arrangement between you and NMR.

Dichtel's file share (SFS) access: Continues; we'll not modify your NetID-based account. As you know, this service will cut-over to Northwestern. Likely in mid-July.

Box.com access, for collaboration: Box.com access will continue with sponsored NetID. We know this to be true, but not on CIT's page.

Let me know if you have any further questions. And good luck! -Oliver.
