Contextual reminders
- Craig Wiggers started Monday, April 18, 2016.

NEW to do, as of 5/9/16
Craig asked if there were short or long range plan for hardware updates/upgrades for their office. Oliver's recommendations:
- Review two inventory pages listing some info for all Physics computers.
- Consider creating a computer replacement budget plan. Can result in fewer budgeting surprises and streamlined decision-making.
To do, as of 3/23/16
- Craig to invite Roger, via <PhysIT>, to present Physics IT's 20-25 minute presentation/ discussion with (all?) Physics staff on malware and what can be done to avoid problems.
- Oliver suggests scheduling staff meeting for 45 minutes to ensure staff's questions are addressed.
On-going
Review "Active", "Opportunities for improvement", and "Lower priority", below. For example, as of 5/18/15:
- Ensure optimal use of Physics file share, whether and how to engage with ID Finder, and evaluating value proposition of VDI.
