What are the uses we intend to make when we talk about cost-per-use?

- Compare institution to institution
- Conversations with publisher/vendor
- Subscribed vs. Non-subscribed
- Database model and CPU - look at "relative value" i.e. mean cost per download, times the number of downloads of a single title. Is this relevant?
- List price and usage compared to "our" price
Archival - JR1a
- What is the vendor including in the archive?
- Does the usage accurately reflect what the vendor sold as archive?
Open Access
JR1 report - essentially includes all of the above
IP specific usage
Turnaways
- Title issue?
- Holdings issue?
- What would we have to buy to actually reduce or remove the turnaways?
