- Dave Motson and Barb Tarbox joined the first part of the meeting to discuss the revised charge for the Database Maintenace Working Group. Overall Dave and Barb agreed with the charge as is and suggested to begin by comparing workflows in detail and seek automation solutions when applicable (especially in regard to batch withdrawls in concert with the work of the Batch Processing Working Group and "Pick and Scan" procedure applied at Columbia).
- Matt Pavlick and Lisa Maybury joined us to review the Monograph Receiving Working Group charge. The first step the group would like to take is review the Gifts processing workflows and examine whether there are ways in which we can achieve greater efficiencies by applying shelf-ready solutions to firm orders workflows. In addition, we have reiterated the need to make sure both CULs are on the same Voyager version.
- Since TSI SC launched all phase 2 working groups we then discussed what else still need to happen in addition to address items from 2013-12-16 (below), we agreed that there is value in justifying the decision to use remote access for pilots until better reasoning for a more direct Voyager linkage is documented (Adam agreed to take this on).
