- Draft methodology for measuring work across functional areas. We reviewed a document (prepared by Adam) that outlines four options for measuring and reimbursing work performed for one another: (1) cost recovery bound by a detailed MOU, (2) cost recovery without an MOU, (3) ReCAP-like aggregrate annual accounting, and (4) local time-based 2CUL currency. Like the working groups leads (who also reviewed this document), JSMIN prefers the fourth option, although the first and third may also be useful for grant-funded 2CUL initiatives and when 2CUL Technical Services has matured. Kate and Jim will bring this working document to the TSI Admin Team for review, with JSMIN's offer to appoint a task force to flesh out the fourth option if that would be useful at this point.
