Process to order EZ-Backup subscriptions by ChemIT, for efficient and consistent requests and order trouble-shooting.
Scan into a PDF the signed Form-85 and email it, as an attachment, to CIT <ezbackup>.
- Include the node name in the subject line.
- No need to campus-mail original paper copy.
Send it from your <crcf> EGA (not <chemit>) so our team gets confirmation email.
- In the body of the email, WE MUST ENTER:
- The sender's name and NetID (REQUIRED)
- Our group's phone number (preferred)
- Recognize this is not optimal since when we do it this way, CIT can't easily look up our EGA, or any of our individual NetIDs for these EZ-Backup requests.
- You can instead send it from your own NetID, if the above considerations represents a problem in the context of your specific submission request.
