Three projects available in areas of materials engineering and micro-nano-bioengineering to understand biological systems, disease development, and therapeutic treatment:
• Tissue Engineering: These projects will explore the feasibility of developing synthetic biological tissues in lab using innovative micro-nano-fabrication techniques.
• Immune Engineering: Project focus is on developing synthetic platforms for therapeutic delivery of biomolecules and drugs
• Stem Cells: This project will look at biomechanics of stem cells and evaluate their ability to get converted to an organ specific cell type
Interested M.Eng students and undergrads are encouraged to send their CV and research interest to Prof. Singh at as2833@cornell.edu
