What do ChemIT staff do with their time?
Not to be confused with incident tracking or project portfolio management tools. But nonetheless related to ChemIT's ticket tracking needs, required for our operational effectiveness.

Time tracking

  • Michael S. uses "TimeMaster" on his iPhone. He recommends reading the manual. He finds the software addictive, which is a compelling recommendation. :-)
  • I've been trying out "OfficeTime" on my iOS device. And a bit on my Mac at home for report generation.

The plan is to role Unanet out to all the IT service groups sometime next year.  Right now it is on hold until we tweak the reporting process.  So, if your group is considered IT and you have a dotted line to Ted Dodds, you will be getting this sometime.

Sandi Boles (who I am copying on this note) is the service manager and can answer questions you might have.   I was the PM to deploy to internal CIT but have now moved off the project.

It's a great product but as with any application only as good as the care you take in planning and setting it up.
