- Tom Rutteledge averse to the idea of following up with the TA to ensure that info has been logged into the University system......too many emails
- Suggestion of setting filter for these emails
- Suggestion to have Safety Manager follow-up to ensure that the information has been entered into the electronic system

THF spill 09/07/2011 110 baker Lab sent for review and comment following the meeting
Chad Lewis agreed to serve as a resource to the DiSalvo group since he uses a similar system as does Prof. Sogah, Dichtel, Coates and Lewis.
