Quality Mission Statement

The mission of Quality Management is to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous assurance and improvements in information technology products and services by developing, documenting and maintaining a comprehensive quality program. 

Quality Management Framework

  • Quality Planning - A quality plan is a document that is used to specify the procedures and resources that will be needed to carry out a project, perform a process, realize a product or manage a contract.  Quality plans can also specify who will do what and when.
  • Quality Assurance - Is a set of activities intended to establish confidence that quality requirements will be met for intended use.
  • Quality Control - Is a set of activities intended to ensure that quality requirements are actually being met.
  • Quality Improvement - Is the evaluation of the process which determines enhancements of the process to be reviewed.
