Aim 5 Current Efforts:

The development of a multi-institutional graduate level food safety course is currently underway.  This distance learning course will be taught at Cornell and will be broadcast online to collaborating schools (Texas Tech University, Purdue University, North Carolina A&T State University, and North Carolina Statue University).  Each class at the five schools will form a team and work in collaboration with the other schools to explore six case studies (e.g., foodborne disease outbreak detection and traceback).
