Bio-Rad is Hiring for a Field Application Specialist in our Food Science Division.
Working independently or with Sales Representatives, the Field Application Specialist calls on customer labs to provide support on real-time PCR(qPCR)pathogen detection kits in response to customer needs and sales rep requests. This includes performing presale presentations, product demonstrations, technical seminars and on-going technical support for individuals and groups as directed by Sales. Works closely with Research & Development to develop and provide test site support for products in development and also to convey customer needs to the group. Represents Bio-Rad food testing products at seminars, conferences, regulatory meetings and trade shows.
Bio-Rad's Food Science Division (FSD) mission is to develop innovative solutions to ensure the quality & safety of the food products or ingredients at every stage of the food chain, "from the farm to the fork".
FSD is capitalizing in the life science PCR technology access to provide leading rapid PCR pathogen detection system & reagents enabling our customers of the food & water industries to secure the quality of their final products and to save money in delivering faster to retailers or end consumers.
