Open your Course's Control Panel |

Click on the "Manage Tools" option under the "Course Options" section |
|
Select the "Building Block Tool Availability" option |
|
Ensure that the "Available" check box for "Ares Course Reserves" is checked. |
|
Scroll down the page and ensure that the "Available" check box for " Tools Area " is checked. |
|
Click on Submit to save your changes, then click OK to clear Blackboard confirmation message. Click on OK to return back to the main Control Panel. |

Select "Manage Course Menu" form the "Course Options" section of the control panel. |
|
Select the "Modify" button related to the "Tools" option. |
|
Ensure the "Available for Student/Participant User" is checked so user can access the Tools area. |
|
Ensure the "Available" radio button for "Course Reserves" is marked. |
|
Click on Submit to save your changes. Click OK to clear the Blackboard confirmation message/ |
