  1. Prepare all the items to be removed from reserves shelf by removing their reserve stickers, book jackets etc.
  2. In Voyager open the Pick and Scan screen. This function is located under Functions, Pick and Scan... or by pressing CTRL+k.
  3. The pick and scan window is split into two tabs. The first tab contains fields you which to change, and the second has the items being changed (figure 18.1).
  4. Change the Temporary Location field to Clear.
  5. Change the Temporary Type field to Clear.
  6. Select the second tab Items.
  7. Using a barcode scanner scan in the barcode of each item you wish to Remove From Reserve. The system will remove temporary location, and item type status for each item scanned.
  8. Close the Pick and Scan window.
  9. Discharge the items to print routing slips and to reset their statuses.

Optional:  If you wish you can either save a list or print a list of all items that where processed
     by clicking on Save to File or Print List respectively.
