1. When opening the main template you will be prompted with a small bar under the main
   ribbon entitled Security Warning, figure 8.5.

2. Click on the Options.. button located on this bar to open the Microsoft Office Security
   Options dialog box, figure 8.6. On this dialog box please select Enable this content
   and click OK.

3. If you intend on sending an e-mail please fill in the 2 boxes provided with the e-mail
   address you wish to send the request to as well as the name of he processing unit.

4. Using the provided buttons select the action you would like to take. A macro will run in
   the background which will open the correct document for you and format an e-mail for
   you and/or print out a paper request.

5. When the template is first opened you may be prompted with a dialog stating that open-
   ing the document will execute an SQL statement and insert data from your database,
   figure 8.7. If you are prompted with this dialog you want to select Yes.

6. If you choose to send an e-mail your default e-mail application will open with a prefor-
   matted e-mail inserted. Check the e-mail for any corrections that may need to be made
   and click on send.

7. Once finished processing the request it is safe to close word. If prompted do not save
   the template.

8. The item has now been processed and will be moved to the Awaiting Acquisitions
   Fulfillment queue.
