This field contains the publisher of the monograph being requested, or the publisher of the monograph from which the item is contained.

Pub Date/Location

These fields contain the publisher date/location of the monograph being requested, or the publisher date/location of the monograph in which the item is contained. The first field is for date published; the second is for location published.

Edition/Pages

These fields contain the edition/pages of the monograph being requested, or the edition/pages of the monograph in which the item is contained. The first field is for edition the second is for page range.

Journal Title

This field is the title of the serial being requested, or the title of the serial in which the item is contained.

Volume/Issue

These fields contain the volume/issue of the serial being requested, or the volume/issue of the serial in which the item is contained. The first field is for volume number; the second is for issue number.

Month/Year/Pages

These fields contain themonth/year/page of the serial being requested, or the month/year/page of the serial in which the item is contained. The first field is for month published, the second is for year published, and the third is for page range requested.

Article Title

This field contains the title of the item being requested from the serial.

Article Author

This field contains the author of the item being requested.

Editor
