Open license app and select license

Open Amendments accordion in license view

Click "Add amendment"

Fill in minimum data for amendment (name, type, status) and click Save & Close

License search results displays with newly created Amendment in the view pane

Open license app and select license that has an amendment

Existing amendment is listed

Click on Amendment name

Amendment opens in view pane

Click "Edit" button

Make a change to the amendment name and click "Save & Close"
