Amendments to Licenses: adding, editing, and deleting

Open Licenses app and select license

Open Amendments accordion in license view

See "Add amendment" button

Click "Add amendment"

Amendment edit screen displays

Fill in minimum data for amendment (name, type, status) and click Save & Close

License search results displays with newly created Amendment in the view pane

Open Licenses app and select license that has an amendment

Existing amendment is listed

Click on Amendment name

Amendment opens in view pane

Click "Edit" button

Amendment opened in Edit mode

Make a change to the amendment name and click "Save & Close"

Open Licenses app and select license that has an amendment

Click on Amendment name

Select "Delete" from Actions menu
