My role on the Prefab 1 L/s Plant team is to select the best materials and fabrication methods available for assembling a portable AguaClara water treatment plant. Through CEE 4540 coursework in the Fall of 2015, I helped finalize the design of this plant’s sedimentation tank. My team will be constructing a model of that tank this semester, as well as a model of the plant's flocculator. Based on the information we gather while assembling those components of the plant, we'll write a thorough guide outlining how to assemble all components of the full-scale plant. Step-by-step instructions, drawings, and photos will be included.
