Linear Orifice Flow Meter Calculation of Total Riser Pipe Height

Intro

The program currently does not currently include the height of the riser pipe that is inserted into the fitting. The total height of pipe, the visible height and the portion inserted into the pipe fitting, is necessary for budgeting and purchasing. The equation should include this amount as well as an added height above the last row of holes to account for surges and sloshing. The code needs to be updated to include a link to the fitting database.

Future work

Update the codee to include fitting information from the pipe data base. Also add a safety factor of 20% to the top of the riser pipe to account for surges.
