I am on the spectrophotometry team. Together with Bryan Melara, and my work thus far has been in researching and selecting a potential system paradigm for the design of AguaClara's lab spectrophotometer, something that we hope to complete by we researched, built, and tested various systems of spectrophotometry, eventually settling on a Red Dye 40 photosensor device based around a blue LED and a visible spectrum intensity meter. A prototype of this design was put to use in another AguaClara subteam for their experiment at the end of the semester.
In addition, I am (starting to) take over as webmaster for http://aguaclara.cornell.edu , and am working on formatting, mobile-friendly-nessfriendliness, and adding content.
