Massachusetts Institute of Technology, US, Diane GeraciTracy Gabridge, Associate Director for Information Resources Research & Instructional Services (4-year term)Diane Geraci has spent over 25 years in higher education with solid experience developing and leading research and data services, creating and managing digital repositories, building digital and print collections, administering budgets, and shaping trends in scholarly communication. Currently, she is Associate Director for Information Resources at the MIT Libraries and previously served as Librarian for Social Sciences at Harvard College Library; held joint appointments as the Director of Science Libraries at the University of Michigan and Faculty Associate at the Inter-university Consortium of Political and Social Research (ICPSR); and held various positions at the UK Data Archive, University of Essex. Most recently Diane served on the ACM Library Advisory Board, arXiv Interim Member Advisory Board, IEEE Library Advisory Council, and ORCID Board. Diane holds a master's degree in anthropology and a master's in library and information science, both from the University at Buffalo. 

Tracy Gabridge has held a variety of positions including co-Head of the Engineering and Science Libraries during her 13 years at MIT.  Her library career focus has been on developing and evolving liaison services to match the highly dynamic needs of the MIT community, using a variety of assessment tools including ethnographic methods to inform action.   Tracy has been an active participant in the support and implementation of MIT's Open Access Policy.  Recently she investigated content use principles in Massively Open Online Classes (MOOCs) as part of the edX Libraries Collaborative group. She began her work in libraries in 2000 after a successful career as an electrical engineer and manager at AT&T Bell Laboratories and Lucent Technologies.
