This semester I am on the Turbulent Tube Flocculator and Fluidized Bed Flocculator team. We hope to design and construct have designed and constructed a settled water turbidity measurement apparatus , calibrate and troubleshoot (SWaT). We have written the control processes for the turbulent tube flocculator , and design and construct and hope to begin collecting data shortly. We are also designing a fluidized bed flocculator, in which an up-flow sand filter will act as the flocculator and SWaT will measure effluent trubidity.
