Cost summary:

• $312/ yr for 7 groups => $44.57/yr each group
• $312/ yr for 6 groups => $52.00/yr each group (no Ealick)
• $312/ yr for 5 groups => $62.40/yr each group (no Ealick, nor Crane)

Idea one:

• Determine if Ealick's group wants to use the service. Get an account number if they say yes.
• Discuss with Crane to have him hopefully approve service option (and presumably migrate to it), and get an account number.
• Confirm with Cerione and get account number.

Idea two: CCB pays centrally so anyone in the CCB who is in the consortium gets access to campus-hosted SB Grid application server run by James VanEe.

• ChemIT covers the cost of $133.71/yr for all 3 groups.
• Then, Cerione, Crane, and Ealick can use the service, but don't have to.
• Lower administrative cost.
